Before moving to Los Angeles California in 2003, Kiki had built a reputation as an organic and malleable musician, complimentary to all musical outfits and performances. Famed for harbouring nothing but the greatest live blues music in Los Angeles and across the USA for the last 54 years, Kiki became a regular performer at Babes & Ricky’s Inn in the Crenshaw District of L.A. It was here that Kiki was embraced by the one and only Miss Mickey Champion, a stalwart of the California blues scene and unknowing star of Northern Soul. Under her tutelage, Kiki with incredible young musicians like Johnny Moezzi & Andy Walo, found sanctuary in the authenticity of American Blues music.
Here in the UK, she has continued to develop her craft, combining her finely tuned performance skills, infectious personality and seamless command of audiences through the vibrant platform of Burlesque. Vowing to continue to honour her blues music roots whilst embracing her inner showgirl, Kiki is now the UK’s most sought after Burlesque Chanteuse and Compere.
